I was told the operation on my car to fix a little part in my sunroof would take one day. I dropped it off Monday morning. Midday I get a call saying this operation will take three days now. Three days come up and they tell me that they need to order two parts that they forgot to order. It will now take a week for these parts to come in and for them to be installed. Here I am two weeks later waiting to pick up my car. Paying rentals Insurance when I really shouldn’t be. The two parts that were ordered for my car last Tuesday have yet to be installed. Because the body shop was closed over the weekend they had to wait till today, Monday, to install, making me wait even more time. they do not care about you, they do not care about your car, They do not care about your time, they do not care about your money. save your time and pay for a good service at an actual body shop.
