Outstanding Sales Service - Joe W, Diane, and Steve too . I went to Volkswagen of Fort Myers in order to upgrade my 2012 VW Jetta. I contacted VW of Fort Myers via their internet link. My inquiry was respond I went to Volkswagen of Fort Myers in order to upgrade my 2012 VW Jetta. I contacted VW of Fort Myers via their internet link. My inquiry was responded by Diane Gamper, who was very gracious, and helpful in setting up an appointment with me to inquiry about upgrading my vehicle. Prior to my appointment, I was in the vicinity of the VW dealership and pulled in to just look around. I was met by Joe Weidenfeller while searching the lot. I advised Joe I had been in contact with Diane, and was just looking around prior to our appointment about upgrading my vehicle. Joe took the time to explain and answer my questions about what vehicle upgrade options would fulfill what I was looking for. The info I was able to get from Joe was very helpful in my final decision. Making a long story short, I purchased a 2015 Jetta SE from Joe, and Diane. This was my second vehicle purchased from the VW dealership in Fort Myers. To say the least Joe and Diane were extremely helpful, polite, caring, and honest about how they treated me not only as a customer, but as a person as well. My sales experience at VW of Fort Myers was not only the best, it was the smoothest and least stressful vehicle purchasing experience I have had in the many times I have purchased vehicles. Not only were Joe,and Diane, great to work with, I must mention Steve who works with the team as well. Even though I was not Steve's client, Steve went out of his way to offer me a test drive, and answer any questions I had. Steve was very professional, and caring in assisting me as well. Then I got a second 2016 Jetta TSI 6 months later. Of all the different cars I have had and numerous I have rented all over the country, the Jetta I like more than most. Jeff Curtain and Joe made it easy to get a second lease in less than an hour. And service is fast, easy and friendly too. More
