Horrible experience. The Salesperson was fine, but the “manager” was aloof and very put out after I asked him if anyone worked there. I had been standing in full view in the showroom for over 10 minutes at that time. Offered a trade value that was OVER $8000 less than KBB trade value. To be fair, the manager had called and raised the offer by $6000 by the time I arrived home. This dealer is owned by Sonic and ALL decisions are made by a person in Charlotte, NC. I bought a BMW from the local BMW dealer, also a Sonic dealership, and although the sales was fine, the service manager would never answer emails and service department as a whole was miserably mismanaged. I walked after several visits and bought an Atlas SEL Premium from VW of Naples. Recommend you do the same. More

She was very professional and quickly responded to any questions and information that I would ask for. The sales experience was simple and there were no curve xxxxx or razzle dazzle. The day that I arrived to pick up the car it was sitting out front completely detailed and a nice VIP sign was on the front windshield. Diane was very familiar with the technology in this car and went over all the details on how to program everything.
