We bought a used Passat and we’re lied to twice about the car having been put through service and all fluids topped off and the oil changed. We checked the oil and it was one and a half quarts low and dirty, car having been put through service and all fluids topped off and the oil changed. We checked the oil and it was one and a half quarts low and dirty, very obvious to anyone that it was not a recent oil change. When we took the car back to have a second key programmed, we told them about our oil issue and they said they would top it off again. They never touch the oil. It was still one and a half quarts low and very dirty. We are going to upgrade our vehicle in a year or two and there is no way we will be coming back to Volkswagen of Fort Myers. More
