I received a reference to see Gary about looking at some Jettas and immediately I was greeted with a friendly smile and warm welcome from him. There wasn’t a moment where I felt uncomfortable or bombarded in the process. The General manager, Jimmy, was passionate, encouraging and helped the process glide right along. When dealing with Jimmy and Gary I felt their sincerity and honesty each step of the way. From finding the right car to working out numbers, I felt that Gary and Jimmy were the best hands I could be in. We worked out a deal and I was sent to finalize with Joseph. Another welcoming greeting followed by a significantly pleasant experience. Joseph will make you laugh and keep you engaged while explaining mundane final paperwork, giving you ease in walking away a happy car owner/leaser. I can see clearly why our good friends recommended Gary to us. I couldn’t be happier with Gary, Jimmy, Joseph, and most of all my new Jetta from Volkswagen of Fort Myers.
