The people over at Cook VW have ALWAYS been very courteous to me. Mike and Tim are a very professional duo who not only work well together they work with you as a customer. They patiently answer any questions I have particularly the ones I have on repair costs and they explain why certain repairs are necessary to keep me safe on the road. Tim has even gone so far as to change a tire for me which blew out while I was enroute to have the tire checked. That was SERVICE!! I had checked with other dealerships and been told several different things. I took it into Cook and they repaired my vehicle in a timely manner and treated me with respect. My visit to the service station at Cook Volkswagen was VERY pleasant!!!!! Tim Moore was very courteous, helpful, sincere and PROFESSIONAL. I'd have say, the current atmosphere at Cook Volkswagen today is like night and day compared to when I bought my first VW Jetta from them in 1994 when they were in Aberdeen. And believe me its been that long since I was willing to give them another shot. The current staff is wonderful. Will never wait that long again to deal with Cook VW, with the way the operation is run now. DEFINITELY recommend anyone to buy a VW from Cook VW. Good Stuff. I was hesitant to take my older VW to the dealership when the check engine light came on, but I was close by and in a pinch, so I stopped in.
