I had bought my car back in May of this year and I did not have the best experience ever so I called and complained and I wrote a long email explaining how things could have been better and not long after not have the best experience ever so I called and complained and I wrote a long email explaining how things could have been better and not long after that I received a phone call from Don, the GM of Cook Volkswagen. He said how sorry he was that I did not have a good experience and that he wanted to make it up to me. He offered me a free service and a free detail of my car. I just now took him up on the free service and detail and I could not be happier with the service department. They provided me a car while they were working on my vehicle, it took as long as he said it would take and they did a great job on the detail of my car. Completely makes up for a bad experience. From the first phone call Tim was reassuring that my car would be handled professionally. Upon arrival I was also informed that my vehicle was being recalled for a fuel problem and that this would also be would be handled professionally. Matthew Appleby was extremely helpful in handling all my needs when I arrived at the dealership. He went out of his way to get me to the right people and make sure I was taken care of. Like always i take my Jetta for an oil change and the service it is amazing, you can tell they know more than just take your money and see you later, I always have some questions regarding my 173,000 Mil service it is amazing, you can tell they know more than just take your money and see you later, I always have some questions regarding my 173,000 Milles Jetta, because I like to do some basic maintenance by my own and they always have a very friendly answer. The people over at Cook VW have ALWAYS been very courteous to me. Mike and Tim are a very professional duo who not only work well together they work with you as a customer. They've always accomoda courteous to me. Mike and Tim are a very professional duo who not only work well together they work with you as a customer. They've always accomodated me when scheduling a service date which is important to me. They patiently answer any questions I have particularly the ones I have on repair costs and they explain why certain repairs are necessary to keep me safe on the road. Tim has even gone so far as to change a tire for me which blew out while I was enroute to have the tire checked. That was SERVICE!!
