CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED: If you have an appointment for a repair, confirm with the Service Associate that having an appointment does, in fact, mean that your car will be worked on. I dropped my car off a repair, confirm with the Service Associate that having an appointment does, in fact, mean that your car will be worked on. I dropped my car off for a repair (the part was ordered and arrived) at 10AM, at 4PM I returned to only hear from the Service Associate, "Unfortunately, the technician couldn't get to your car today". No apology... no explanation. I e-mailed the General Manager, Frank Shaffer, and never received a response. Also suspicious that I never received a Customer Survey inquiring about that visit??????????? I consistently have received Customer Surveys with every visit to the dealer. If only giving less than 1 star was an option.......... More

We were delighted with our purchase, until we encountered some major car issues, shortly afterwards. The two of us, tried to settle our issues, with the service department, including Cook’s Assistant Manager; but, left the meeting feeling very disappointed and dissatisfied. I gave a full account of our experience, in a customer review. Shortly after writing the review, we received a phone call from Cook Volkswagen’s General Manager, Frank Schaffer. He allowed us to explain reasons for our discontentment, and he vowed to make things right, for us. Frank Schaffer, true to his word, made things happen! He said how sorry he was that I did not have a good experience and that he wanted to make it up to me. He offered me a free service and a free detail of my car. I just now took him up on the free service and detail and I could not be happier with the service department. They provided me a car while they were working on my vehicle, it took as long as he said it would take and they did a great job on the detail of my car. Completely makes up for a bad experience. From the first phone call Tim was reassuring that my car would be handled professionally. Upon arrival I was also informed that my vehicle was being recalled for a fuel problem and that this would also be would be handled professionally. Matthew Appleby was extremely helpful in handling all my needs when I arrived at the dealership. He went out of his way to get me to the right people and make sure I was taken care of. Like always i take my Jetta for an oil change and the service it is amazing, you can tell they know more than just take your money and see you later, I always have some questions regarding my 173,000 Mil service it is amazing, you can tell they know more than just take your money and see you later, I always have some questions regarding my 173,000 Milles Jetta, because I like to do some basic maintenance by my own and they always have a very friendly answer.
