Car was supposed to be ready Monday. Spoke to the technician who promised it would be ready at 9:30. Arrived at 11 car wasn’t ready. Recall repair and !42 for parts? My son leaves his phone # but dealer insists either contacting by email or calling father. Communication is horrible. Not taking car back to Fallston again. Requested quote to sell car. Didn’t happen. More
Went to get my 2022 Taos looked at because of a check engine light. They were very quick to help me and quick to find out the problem with my car. They took it back within a reasonable amount of time and engine light. They were very quick to help me and quick to find out the problem with my car. I called Michael Morrison yesterday, (12/2),to schedule my annual service. He accommodated me with an appointment the next day. Joe Lee, my Service Writer, took care of my VW check in and details. When the work was complete in the shop, Joe Lee put my invoice together, I paid my bill and I was out the door. This Service Department continues to be exceptional, and I highly recommend them. I would like to give 5 Stars to Volkswagen of Fallston and Michael Morrison (service mgr.) for a fantastic maintenance service experience today. More

Let me tell you about my experience at Volkswagen of Fallston. On April 11 2023 I went to put gas in my car, I could not get the gas door open. I took it up to the dealer. They got the door open. They b Fallston. On April 11 2023 I went to put gas in my car, I could not get the gas door open. I took it up to the dealer. They got the door open. They broke the end off of the piece that locks the door. They said it was not working. The service advisor said we ordered you another one. I said I will be back up here in two weeks for brakes and an oil change. He said it will be here for you. The very next week I stopped by to make the appointment, I asked about the part for the gas lid. This service advisor said what part nobody ordered that part. He said it will be here for you when you come in for your brakes and your oil change. Three days before my appointment I stopped by again, and asked another service advisor. He said no one ordered that part. This is now THREE different service advisors. I stood there while he ordered it. It gets more interesting. The day of my appointment, I had an 8 am appointment. I got there at 7:45 they were going to do brakes, oil change tire rotation. and fix the gas door. I was going to wait. I said to the advisor, I'm going walk down to Burger King have breakfast and read the paper. At 9 am my phone rings the advisor says the part for your gas door is not here, I said OK go ahead and do everything else. He said what do you mean. I said I'm scheduled for brakes, oil change and tire rotation. He says its not in the computer. It's in mine they sent me an email to confirm. I left Burger King and started walking back to the dealer. I will be 79 in two months this is no easy task for me. When I get back to the dealer my car is still sitting where I left it one and a half hours ago. It has not moved. I could go on, but you get the picture. Inept is too kind of a word for this service dept. More
