Renovated service area was well designed and efficient, waiting area was clean with ample seating. Snack baskets were empty but there were plenty of beverages. this was my first time using service department. I had a very bad experience, especially with the service agent with communication And inconsistent pricing. I called earlier in the week and was so pricey to make a repair was $900 I was quoted $2000 after having conversations with the pricing I was told my car was going to be $1400. Car was dropped off on Monday the December 9 I was told to repair was going to be completed on Wednesday the 11th. Did not receive any communication until I called on Thursday was told the car was gonna be finished that night by 5 o’clock did not get fixed until Friday the 13th with no communication again until Friday at 12:30 AM. This is my first and last time. More

Recall repair and !42 for parts? My son leaves his phone # but dealer insists either contacting by email or calling father. Communication is horrible. Not taking car back to Fallston again. Requested quote to sell car. Didn’t happen. More
