Thank goodness I made the drive I wasn’t going to go here because of the distance from my house (I live in PA) but I am so happy I did. It was extremely busy and I thought it was goi I wasn’t going to go here because of the distance from my house (I live in PA) but I am so happy I did. It was extremely busy and I thought it was going to be a dreadful process like any other dealer but as soon as Dalton came over to help it was fast, painless, and actually pretty fun! His personality is such a delight and totally eased up some pressure and stress when it comes to the normal car buying process. He was very knowledgeable and helpful while still being fun and inviting as if we were friends and not just customers. What was nice is he found out how far we had come and offered a dollar for every mile we drove and it was totally worth it! I got the car I wanted with a great experience and it’s all thanks to how comfortable Dalton made the process!! If I should happen to need another car soon (hopefully not!) I will be returning here!! But for now, I will be recommending this dealer to all my friends and hopefully they all get to work with Dalton. More

We test drove a used car on a Friday and were told it wasn't ready for delivery, as it needed a few parts to complete MD inspection. We asked salesperson Mike Hamilton to contact us as soon as it was ready, in preparation for buying it. He never contacted us, and after a week of us calling the sales dept and no one returning our calls, FINALLY got the sales manager, who said the car had been sold the night before. This was SIX DAYS after we'd said we were interested in buying it when the work/inspection were complete. They do not care about potential clients and have the laziest/worst work ethic I've ever seen at a car dealership. I wouldn't 'buy' a free bicycle from these people. More
Cheated me and LIED 11 months ago I went in to look at a vehicle that I had been researching so this dealer calls me and tells me they have exactly what I was looking for 11 months ago I went in to look at a vehicle that I had been researching so this dealer calls me and tells me they have exactly what I was looking for on the newer explorers, I should have known better being a Cook dealership, we have called them "Crook Motors" for years. Anyhow, I went to look at this vehicle and it was nothing what I was looking for but they did have a couple Cadillac SRX 4 cars which I've always liked, so I drove one I liked it, I bought it.... I had worked a 12-hour shift and it was getting very late, I didn't even get out of there till after 11 at night.so I didn't pay too much attention to the paperwork I signed it went home came back the next day for some more paperwork and told them to take off all those stupid warranties, it was over $3,000, and they said no problem since you've already been approved from the loan from GM Financial we'll just send the money back to them to go towards the principal amount. Well I had no problem with that but lo and behold 11 months later they still never sent the money to GM Financial so they lied to me about taking off all those warranties which if I known they didn't I could have used one because the motor has issues but now they tell me all your past in mileage on the warranties so you get nothing back and we're not sending nothing to GM Financial all because they did not refunded 11 months ago like they were supposed to. My fault I should have made him sign documentation so this was a very expensive lesson but I'm telling you never trust them people never buy nothing from them!!! More

Hi Frank and Teena This email is a week late as I had to fly out on Sunday after getting the car late Saturday afternoon to help my 88 year old mother. I’m writing this email as I’m pretty disappointed in the condition of the 2018 BMW 430i I purchased from your Dealership. I was told their was a minor chip on the door edge of the passenger door, and a bug splatter on the lower fascia. That was all! I was told and sold a car with 10,650 miles on it, and that’s what our contract has on it. SO I THOUGHT! So to say the least I was pretty pissed when the vehicle arrived with 12,034 miles on it. Roughly 1,300 extra miles on it. The car has scratches on the rear deck lid in two places. Scratches on the driver’s door. Dents above the drivers door Handle. A door ding in front of the rear drivers tire. A small dent just below the back drivers window. A dent behind the passenger door on back panel. A scratch on the passenger door. A couple rock chips in the hood. The bottom spoiler is all scratched up so bad the yellow plastic is showing. when pointed out to Teena the driver said their was no interest in addressing the issue. I trusted both of you and your Dealership. Is his how you conduct your day to day business, or just internet sales? Attached are some photos. I will wait for your response on how to rectify these issues, especially the mileage as this is fraudulent to the DMV, myself, and the lending institution. The car has not moved since delivered. The driver of the transporter has given me his personal contact information and is willing to get a certified letter stating the mileage on the car when picked up and delivered. Hope we can work something out before we have to get other people and or legal parties involved. More

They had it brought to the Bel Air loca Went to the Bel Air location about two weeks ago for a Mazda 3 that turned out to be at the Aberdeen location. They had it brought to the Bel Air location the next day with no issues. I worked with Teena who truly made me feel comfortable and happy with my choice. I have had no problems with the car. She was extremely knowledgable and had an answer for all my questions. The entire staff was extremely pleasant, even after we were there well past closing time finishing the paperwork. Thank you all! Wow that was easy!! I went to this dealership to see a car I found on Truecars.com, so I had no idea what to expect. I had an appointment with Teena, and it got awesome I went to this dealership to see a car I found on Truecars.com, so I had no idea what to expect. I had an appointment with Teena, and it got awesome from there!! Teena was there to meet me when I came in, and she was clearly busy...but never showed it, and never let me feel like I was unimportant...actually, just the opposite. She made me feel like I was extremely important, and that she genuinely cared that I was having a good experience from the test drive (which was fun!), to the buying process and then the driving away in my new beautiful Land Rover! Notice I left out the "haggling process"? That's because there wasn't one. I have bought many cars, from many places, but this was by far the best experience I've had. The entire team there really jived, and made you comfortable..I got a great car, at a great price, and felt like I made a friend in 3 hours....Not too shabby! Loved the experience, Love my car, and love my new friend, Teena! Side note, she also saved an old CD I missed in the disc player when cleaning out my old disgusting car, and she called me to let me know it was there for me pic up anytime! Great customer service! More
