They will not tell you this until they've run your credit and added this "inspection" to the price. Sleazy, sleazy, sleazy. I DO NOT EVEN LIVE IN MD, and drove an hour our of my way to purchase this car, needed to inspect it in DELAWARE (which is free to inspect) and they would not drop the ridiculous fee. GO ELSEWHERE IF YOU CAN, they only want your money. Sales manager was talking about my husband and I "behind our back" from the other side of the sales room WHILE pointing at us! Not professional... Dee was very helpful in keeping me informed as to the status of the repairs on the car I was interested in. I went to the dealership after finding a 2010 Volkswagen Jetta on cars.com and talking with the internet manager James Hamilton. I schedule an appointment showed up at the dealership and ask for Mr Hamilton, He thank me for coming in and introduce me to Mike Hamilton who went over the vehicle with me and took me on a test dive. Mike was very funny and very good at what he does. We talked over price and we worked out a great price for my trade and Jetta. I then went in to finance and meet a older sweet man named Pete what a charmer! He got me 2.9 finance on my Jetta They were great I had fun buying a car for a change. I just want to thank everyone! It is such a meaningful thing when you know you can trust the sales person and we got that feeling right off the bat with Jason. He definitely had our best interest at heart and went out of his way to find the right car for us and in the price range we could afford. We are greatful for the experience we had at Cook VW and would definitely recommend them to anyone. More
