The people over at Cook VW have ALWAYS been very courteous to me. Mike and Tim are a very professional duo who not only work well together they work with you as a customer. They've always accomodated me when scheduling a service date which is important to me. They patiently answer any questions I have particularly the ones I have on repair costs and they explain why certain repairs are necessary to keep me safe on the road. Tim has even gone so far as to change a tire for me which blew out while I was enroute to have the tire checked. That was SERVICE!! I had checked with other dealerships and been told several different things. I took it into Cook and they repaired my vehicle in a timely manner and treated me with respect. They were willing to do what i would approve and not come up with several reasons why i had to have the repair done with them. More
My visit to the service station at Cook Volkswagen was VERY pleasant!!!!! Tim Moore was very courteous, helpful, sincere and PROFESSIONAL. He and the service department took very good care of me and my vehicle. They made sure I was not inconvenienced and offered a shuttle home while my Jetta was worked on. I'd have say, the current atmosphere at Cook Volkswagen today is like night and day compared to when I bought my first VW Jetta from them in 1994 when they were in Aberdeen. And believe me its been that long since I was willing to give them another shot. The current staff is wonderful. Will never wait that long again to deal with Cook VW, with the way the operation is run now. DEFINITELY recommend anyone to buy a VW from Cook VW. Great job in turing things around and keep up the good work. More
Good Stuff. I was hesitant to take my older VW to the dealership when the check engine light came on, but I was close by and in a pinch, so I stopped in. My wife and I had gone in there and bought a 2006 GTI. We came to find out there were a bunch of hidden costs in the purchase after the fact including an $800 charge for pinstripes? Unbelievable. Also in hindsight in comparing prices we learned we over paid for the car. They overcharged us on the interest rate by almost 6%. We bought a new Jetta the following year from a different dealership and qualified for a much lower interest rate. These people are crooks. Even after not learning our lesson when we went back the following year to buy a new Jetta they treated us like strangers and continued to charge $1000s more than the competition. Needless to say we went elsewhere to buy the Jetta and couldn't have been happier about it. Also their service department is rude and make you feel stupid when calling with concerns. More
