The main thing was the lack of respect he had for a customer and that the other employees just sat there and said nothing. Really wanted to hit the guy but he obviously has other at home issues. Dont even stop here plenty of other honest dealers that care about people and don't have major personal issues. More

Had a few bumps in the process, dealer could have been more forthcoming about actual vehicle cost and there was a small paperwork issue but overall good experience. We had searched approx. 2 weeks via the internet through multiple sites: YahooCars, Cars. I visited Cook Volkswagon Fallston Md Yesterday 03/24/12. We had searched approx. 2 weeks via the internet through multiple sites: YahooCars, Cars.com, Autotrader, and the actual dealer websites. I found the same vehicle via all the sites a 2008 Rabbit with approx 37,800 miles for approx. 14,000.00 E-Price at the Fallston Location. Got to the dealership around 1130 am to take a better look and test drive. Met by Derrick a salesman who road with me on the test drive, which really helped because the car had more options then i expected and actually knew how to operate lol..I was extremely excited about the car it actually looked better in person and had no suprises. Derrick did not preasure us and was extremely profesional and knowledgable about all the vehicles there including: History and Maintenace, Options, Waranties, and finiancing. To make it short i left the dealer at approx. 1245 with my new car.. Best vehicle purchase i ever had and this is my 8th purchase. More

This place is dshonest and unethical. I've been to this dealer 4 times regarding mechanical issues with one of there "outstanding" used cars. Their only concern is making the sale and they could dealer 4 times regarding mechanical issues with one of there "outstanding" used cars.
