Even though they claim it on their website, not all of their used cars are state inspected. I asked the sales person and they claimed the one I wanted to look at was inspected. I entered Cook's with apprehension, but was immediately put at ease by the sales rep, Christine, who impressed me as genuine and honest. She explained everything - all the costs, etc. - upfront and never applied pressure to make a decision on the spot. Christine was great and so was the man in the finance department (sadly I have forgotten his name). Overall, it was a positive experience. (Of course we have only had the car for 12 hours, but the interaction while buying the car was not stressful in any way) More
