Worst used car buying experience ever. The used car department of this place has provided the worst car buying experience I have ever had. First off whatever Internet price you see add another $2,500 to it for shipping, cleaning, and MD inspection. Despite my better judgement I allowed my daughter to purchase from here, and my god what a mistake. To close the sale Mike promised to fix every issue I had with the car (in writing). Once those papers were signed they tried every way possible to get out of holding up their end of the deal. They held onto her car in their shop for 3 weeks to fix a roof leak, replace a mirror, detail the car, and replace a key. In fixing the roof leak they messed up the window sensors. So these warranty repairs began snowballing and believe they dragged their feet as to run out the 30 day warranty. Their main excuse as to why everything was taking so long..."It's too cold out to work on your car". They kept suggesting we pick the car up and bring it back in the spring when its warm out. It took my wife calling and demanding a manager and myself filing a complaint with corporate Volkswagen, that suddenly they were able to make the repairs in a day and a half. And it was at that point the apologies stopped and everyone became rude and straight to the point. More

I must honestly say, everyone there was friendly and stuck to their word on everything from the initial welcome all the way to the end of my trip when sitting down with finance.
