Marwan is the finest example of PROFESSIONAL...honest is another word that comes to mind. The entire experience at Cooks was very pleasant, can't remember having so much fun buying a car. Spencer handled the next steps of the paper work and delivering the car...everything was ready for me when I arrived. Spencer's knowledge of the car was amazing. You could tell he really loved what he does. His customer service is OFF the hook. He had a bottle of water waiting for me, he turned on a fan because I was hot...over the top excellence! Then the General Manager took time out of his day to come over and introduce himself to me. Terry asked if there was anything at all I needed, and did I have any questions or concerns. Then they handed me off to the finance department where I thought this whole thing would fall apart...NOPE...SMOOTH AS BUTTER...I was just waiting for the hidden surprise, something to pop up and be wrong (based on my past experiences) NOTHING...everything was delivered as promised no tricks, no hidden costs, no up charges...nothing... smooth and easy. I felt like we were all best friends at the end of this transaction. I have had the car for a couple weeks and Spencer and Marwan have both reached out to me to make sure I am happy and to see if I had any questions. A WONDERFUL experience that I highly recommend to anyone in the market to buy a VW...Cooks is your place to go....oh wait...one more thing...their SERVICE department...100% AWESOME...those folks back there ROCK! Bought a certified used car last Wed that was defective The car I bought I drove to Philadelphia and the hatch popped up in Philadelphia Route 1 traffic. Next morning it happened again in front of the hospital and again in Bethesda on Wisconsin Avenue. It's a dangerous car that I thought was certified. I drove far to meet this dealership and thought they were reputable. There is no CD player on the console and no second key. They said I had to order one. With all that I've been through I should get one complimentary. Just saw the $500 coupon and intend on using that. In addition, there is something more wrong because there is so much road noise, it sounds like I am in a DC3. Not a relaxing drive at all. There is a 30 period and I intend on using that. I was fully intending on returning next year but this is a red flag. I'm editing this review today 7/31/15. Teena is great and made the purchase painless. She always responds to my calls and emails and her great reviews was the reason I drove upp here from DC. She even gets back to you when she's on vacation. Right on! If there is a problem her manager works hard to please. The car was noisy and the mechanics that Teena got said it was from cupping so he offered to pay for 2 new tires. Really nice people.
