Spencer handled the next steps of the paper work and delivering the car...everything was ready for me when I arrived. Spencer's knowledge of the car was amazing. You could tell he really loved what he does. His customer service is OFF the hook. He had a bottle of water waiting for me, he turned on a fan because I was hot...over the top excellence! Then the General Manager took time out of his day to come over and introduce himself to me. Terry asked if there was anything at all I needed, and did I have any questions or concerns. Then they handed me off to the finance department where I thought this whole thing would fall apart...NOPE...SMOOTH AS BUTTER...I was just waiting for the hidden surprise, something to pop up and be wrong (based on my past experiences) NOTHING...everything was delivered as promised no tricks, no hidden costs, no up charges...nothing... smooth and easy. I felt like we were all best friends at the end of this transaction. I have had the car for a couple weeks and Spencer and Marwan have both reached out to me to make sure I am happy and to see if I had any questions.
