I received a recall notice and a $50 gift card for a 2019 Atlas. I’ve never owned a 2019 Atlas or any other VW. I called the dealer to find out how they got my name, thinking someone stole my identity. I spo Atlas. I’ve never owned a 2019 Atlas or any other VW. I spoke to three different employees - one each in sales, service, and finance, as well as someone in the corporate office. No one could tell me anything, other than it could be a marketing scam. I then emailed the GM, Ivan Figueroa, since he was never available to take my call, but received no response. Where is the customer service? And why isn’t anyone being honest about the mailings? Why hasn’t the GM answered my emails? More

This is the second time they sent me a review and I’m even more disappointed than before I have had my car since July 3 and st least 5 of those days trying to fix it the check engine light came on the fi even more disappointed than before I have had my car since July 3 and st least 5 of those days trying to fix it the check engine light came on the first day I had it and now the car is parked and can’t drive it because it’s not getting enough power because the part they replaced is still broken this was the worst first time car buying experience I ever had I should have gave the car back the second time I came in when I had the chance but was told everything was ok what a lie so now if they do fix it are there going to be engine issues because of being driven while the map sensor need to be replaced I will never feel comfortable driving the car this is absolutely horrible I’m tired of reaching out I pray they make this situation right because this is not ok More

Honestly, I am extremely upset over my purchase. I came in looking for a reliable car and do not feel as if that’s what I received.
