Very unhappy with my last visit for service. Got new tires and oil change... service called and said my battery needed to be replaced...because it was sluggish when they started it to bring in Got new tires and oil change... service called and said my battery needed to be replaced...because it was sluggish when they started it to bring in for work. It had sat out in your lot all night in cold temps so I am not surprised. I said no thank you and took to another place to have the battery tested. The battery is perfectly fine. Ken Vance said I needed an unnecessary $650 battery. (the place that tested battery would of replaced it if necessary for $350) Ken Vance said I needed to other things done as well but after the battery situation i have zero trust in your credibility. This will be my last time using your dealership for anything sales or service related. More
