Came in a little early for appointment and took me in. Friendly and ready for a bad joke I had for them. Kidded about the broken coffee pot and had I been a day early there would have been no coffee. F Friendly and ready for a bad joke I had for them. Kidded about the broken coffee pot and had I been a day early there would have been no coffee. Fortunately I had all the coffee I needed for the day. A nice bottle of H2O took care of thirst. Free car wash and out of there. More

This feedback is not for the Maintenance Department, it is for the Sales Department. While I was waiting for my maintenance work to be completed I talked to a salesman about a possible trade of my 2019 CR is for the Sales Department. While I was waiting for my maintenance work to be completed I talked to a salesman about a possible trade of my 2019 CR V EXL in on a new 2023 CR V EXL, the salesman name is Ian. The manager of the sales department gave me a very low number for the trade in of my 2019 CR V EXL without even looking at it. I asked him why and how he can do this without looking at my vehicle which was in the building. I have an excellent used car, perfect maintenance record which I provided and he did not even look at it. It is my opinion that the sales department is taking advantage of the economic situation where supply is short and demand is high. It became very clear to me that this gentleman was not interesting in taking the time to look at my merchandise and records and get serious about making a deal. The number he gave me for my used vehicle was offensive, in my opinion, I had done research before coming and was only made worse when he refused to even go look at my excellent used CRV which I bought new at Ken Vance. I have bought 6 vehicle with Ken Vance and experiences like this are unacceptable. Please show me some respect next time and treat me like a human being rather than a "Bill of Sale". I am not one to burn bridge but you asked for feedback and here it is. The Salesman, Ian, treated me nice but I was rather upset with the attitude of his manager. I am a Board Certified Professional Land Surveyor, 6 years of college, 4 years of apprenticeship, State and Federal tests passed and 46 years of experience. having been in private practice since 1984, surveying since 1977. How would he like to be treated like this in the event he needed a Survey done and I gave him next to no attention to detail and gave him a high estimate for his Survey without even looking at his Deed, the adjoining Deeds, the Survey Records or visiting his site to view the layout of the land which all affects the cost of a Survey. I left very disappointed, Ken Vance has been my home since 1991 but that may change if this style of treatment continues. I would ask and request that this feedback be given to this manager and his supervisor for review. An explanation of these unacceptable practices would be appreciated. I brought in a detailed folder of all all the maintenance records that I have been keeping since I bought it new and the manager did not even take the time to look through them, I was watching him when Ian gave it to him. These records showed everything that I have done to the vehicle since day one. The biggest disappointment is the number he gave me for trade in without "ANY" effort to go and look at my vehicle, that action was extremely offensive, unprofessional and unacceptable. This manager made my decision to not work on a deal to trade very easy. These actions made me feel like a number, a dollar bill so to speak. This sales manager had his chance and made it clear to me to prove to whether his loyalty was for Ken Vance or for me. I certainly understand that you are in business to make a profit but please some people 101 mentality would be appreciated. I must stress and repeat that to give a number (trade in number) without looking at my vehicle is egregious. The Service Department did everything they said they were going to do at the price they gave me and treated me very nice and were professional. Jessica was very nice to me!! Michael E. Norton. More
