I was really at the Honda dealership for an oil change. Everything went just fine. You may have seen me checking the oil level in the parking lot. I always to that since a dealership in Arizona did not put enough oil in my car during an oil change. I drove the car home. A while later I decided to check the oil. There was none on the stick. I made a mistake by not going with the car to see how low it really was. The car did maintain oil pressure. So, there must have been at least some oil in it. More

I typically have great service but came in at 4pm and got prompt service. At 440 I noticed it took longer than usual. At 445 I noticed my car parked but no one had talked to me. At 5 pm I walked back and had to ask a service tech for someone, as the desk support was talking to a manager who looked pretty relaxed in the office. I was told “I have to finish up the paperwork yet.” Even though no one was working on my paperwork and I got an immediate total that was due. It seemed more as the manager pulled the staff aside and away from their normal awesome duties and left me waiting. Maybe because it was 5 and he was trying to get out of there? I also did not receive a copy of the service work and information about my vehicle but I definitely received my receipt. This was just a let down from the typically amazing service I receive here. Your Honda tech (or whomever was doing car washes last Saturday-June 17th) ran my 2014 S5 convertible through your car wash. Not sure, but it might have broke loose the headliner.
