When I bought my A5 in Morton Grove they told me that a manual did not come with my car. I complained to Audi in Eau Claire and they said it did come with the cars and they got Morton Grove to send me on manual did not come with my car. I complained to Audi in Eau Claire and they said it did come with the cars and they got Morton Grove to send me one. I am not computer savy and don't want to have to rely on my phone to learn about my car. I am used to looking things up in my manuals. I am appreciative that Eau Claire did this for me. I am not sure who the person in service is that managed this for me, but I do appreciate it. More

set up appointment 3 weeks in advance and drove 100 miles to appointment only to find out they didn't have parts needed to complete repair. so now after a 200 mile round trip and a whole day I have to do it to appointment only to find out they didn't have parts needed to complete repair. so now after a 200 mile round trip and a whole day I have to do it all over again! the only positive was the rip in dashboard that was caused by service tech during a recall was fixed. had 10 am appointment and didn't get car back till 5:30. total day gone sitting at dealership.
