Service was good. We did have to wait a long time for a shuttle to our hotel but the car was taken in just a few minutes past the appointed time. Stopped by the dealership to get a wiper blade arm looked at that stopped working. They got me in immediately with no appointment and had a service tech look at the vehicle right away and fix the issue. In a at that stopped working. There has been a dramatic increase in the level of customer service. From sales to the service department, you can see more leadership and care. The only way they could improve is if they would have customer service. From sales to the service department, you can see more leadership and care. The only way they could improve is if they would have some service appointments available later of on Saturdays. I live over an hour away and find it hard to schedule any appointments without taking a day off of work. More
