I enjoy my interactions with the folks at VW of Duluth. They take good care of my car and of me. I like to work on projects on my computer while I wait for the service to be completed. The waiting area has a comfortable chairs and tables to work at. My only suggestion would be to lower the volume on the ambient music. It can be a bit distracting if you are trying to focus on work. Lacked communication about when to pickup my vehicle and when the service center actually closes. Was not told the service center closes at 5 and was told at 4:40 to pickup my vehicle. I am very pleased with the overall service at VW of Duluth. 2 things: 1. They did not tell me I would be charged for the tire rotation and the filter. I was surprised to get a bill, as I brough Duluth. 2 things: 1. They did not tell me I would be charged for the tire rotation and the filter. I was surprised to get a bill, as I brought it in for an oil change and an 18 month warranty check. I would expect to be informed of things that I will be charged for ahead of time on my next visit. 2. I am very frustrated that the navigation issue on my 2022 Tiguan has not been fixed. I have had it in a few times, with no luck to fix it. It appears that it is a VW problem, not necessarily a dealer problem. Frustrating to pay for a feature on a new car when it doesn't work as expected. Overall, the service people at VW are friendly and helpful! More
