The staff in the service department are always friendly and helpful in answering my questions. The waiting area is comfy, with a fridge full of water and granola bars. First when we purchased this vehicle our salesman told us it did stuff that it doesn't have. He's no longer there so I am glad they don't tolerate that. Each time I have complained about the Apple car play not working properly, and it's not really ever taken care of. My passenger seatbelt has been broken since the day I first drove it. When they were suppose to order nobody contacted me that it was in, I once again called asking what was going on. I came up the 3rd time and it's they ordered the wrong one so it's still not fixed. My Apple car play is also still inoperable. I am currently using blue to play music. Now for most people that live close this is fine, but I live almost 2 hours from the dealership and have spent my days and money coming there and it has yet to be right. I am disappointed in how this has been handled... More
