I wish I could live there! You walk in and are greeted like a family member they haven't seen in a while, with love and open arms! I just love it. The reps are very helpful with the customer as well as each other (haven't ever seen a dealerships employees work together so well) and they answer every comment question or concern in a heartbeat. But if they don't know the answer, they find out really quickly. I wish I had found them years ago! Will only ever buy a car from them for forever! I wasn't getting approved anywhere in town but needed a car really badly and they went above and beyond and got me in one! I'm just floored. Everyone buy from VWOFCC!!!! More
The Stuggie experience My service rep was a man called Stuggie, he met me as soon as I arrived and walked me through the process of replacing my convertible top. This is not a cheap fix but he and his team made it less painful. The project came in under the original estimate so we were able to fix some of the small issues that needed to be corrected. My want to thank everyone at Volkswagon of Corpus Christi for doing the job right the first time and making my wife very happy More

Best car-buying experience ever As a retired veteran I have lived in many states and cities and consequently, I have purchased many new and used vehicles in my lifetime. My experience with this dealership is (bar none) the most efficient, no haggle, and wonderful experience of my life. Our salesman and finance manager got us TWO 2014 Volkswagen vehicles the same day and worked us the best deals to get from under two vehicles that resulted in our car payments going DOWN despite having far more features than our Chevys. I would recommend this dealer to anyone and any family member and friend without hesitation. On the customer service and appreciation side of the house, I'm already impressed. My windshield got cracked on the same day I took delivery and they replaced it free of charge. Again, never has my car buying experience been so pleasant. More
Maintenance Error Risked Ruined Engine We bought a 2009 Sportwagen from this dealership shortly before the current owners bought the business. We had problems with the sunroof failing to c We bought a 2009 Sportwagen from this dealership shortly before the current owners bought the business. We had problems with the sunroof failing to close, and when the warranty ended after the car had been in the shop 5 times attempting to fix the sunroof, we simply decided never to open the sunroof again. Despite that, the sunroof leaked during a rainstorm and left two inches of water inside the car. We traded it in on a 2013 Sportwagen. When the new car had about 4000 miles, fuel mileage and performance dropped suddenly and the dealership refused to acknowledge the problem. That problem resolved itself, but the dealership didn't attempt to help. We just had the first oil change done on the new car (we don't put many miles on it) and two days later found oil leaks in the driveway. The dipstick showed no oil at all. By phone, the service advisor recommended that we bring the car back without adding oil. We added two quarts to bring the level to MIN. They found a pinched seal on the oil filter. I know from experience this can happen, which is why a visual check should have been done. Nothing but luck prevented this from becoming a disaster for the engine. We still love the car, but have decided we cannot trust this service department even with routine maintenance. More

Took the car in for warranty work and they fixed that for free. I did need more work done, but it was a chore to get the CSR to get the price down on the part. After I got the car, I brought up the fact that the remotes wont unlock all the doors. Only the Drivers door. The voicemail I received was that it was probably broken before hand, that they would test it for free; however it would cost $124 per key to reprogram them. Next time I will take my car to Romays on Airline. they have a good VW diesel technician. More
