I have had great service when it comes to oil changes and service of my VW. However, when trying to buy from VW of Corpus Christi, I have been very disappointed. The car salesmen seem to have been very good service of my VW. However, when trying to buy from VW of Corpus Christi, I have been very disappointed. The car salesmen seem to have been very good to me, however the sales mangers and even the owner have been everything but. My business has never seen to be important to them. VW of CC has lost my business twice now after I have driven 6+ hours to Boardwalk VW in Richardson, TX to get my new vehicles. More

I called 3 places for prices on a synthetic oil change. The dealer had the lowest price. They were friendly (helped me logon to the wireless while I waited), professional, and got the job done. Every time we have to visit the dealer in Corpus Christi we am amazed at how fast and efficient the whole team is, we bring a book to read because they are so fast at their jobs there isn't any reason to ha we am amazed at how fast and efficient the whole team is, we bring a book to read because they are so fast at their jobs there isn't any reason to have someone pick us up and bring us back. We travel better than a hundred miles to get to their shop because we can trust them to take care of our Jetta TDI for us. As good as they are taking care of our car we may never have to buy a new one but if we do Corpus Christi Volkswagen will be the place we go. I own a 2009 Jetta TDI. I did not buy at VW of CC but they have performed every maintenance on my vehicle so far and done a great job! They can be a little pricey at times but that is with any dealer ser they have performed every maintenance on my vehicle so far and done a great job! They told me my 2005 volks needed a new engine at minimum with a starting price of 6000.00 and possibly up to 10,000. During the entire process the service department and the lead mechanic lied and acted very unprofessional! I took my car to another mechanic and my bug was totally repaired for less than 600.00. It did not need a new engine and is running just great. Be very careful in your dealings with this dealership! More

Fortunately it didn’t start while on the lot rather than a mile or two down the road in traffic. Safety and legal ramifications on a test drive in not quality service. If you want to buy a VW take the time to drive to San Antonio. More
I have an issue with a Volkswagen that I bought from them merely 2 months ago. They have recently changed to only a BMW dealership, and I'm having to pull tooth and nail to have them help me with an issue t merely 2 months ago. I have spent the past week and half trying to get in contact with the sales member and out of the 15 times that I have called he has never been available. He did return a call once after a week of calling, but I was unfortunately in class and unable to take the call. I would NEVER purchase another car from Coastal Motor Cars regardless of what kind of car they are selling because their customer service is deplorable. I have had such a bad experience that I might not even purchase a Volkswagen again. More
my car unfortunately broke down in corpus christi (i do not live there). what should have been a simple repair was not. the first mechanic i took my car to damaged the part that needed replacing and they s not live there). what should have been a simple repair was not. the first mechanic i took my car to damaged the part that needed replacing and they sent it to coastal. when they finally called and told me my car was ready, i flew down to get it to find my airbag light on and my horn not working. the service department had already closed for the day so i drove my car 200 miles without a working airbag. i took it to a 3rd shop to have the damages corrected, and coastal motorcars has failed to assume any responsibility for their actions. the owner informed me that i had paid them to get my car up and running again, which is what they did. nevermind that they damaged 2 safety features on my vehicle. DO NO VISIT THIS DEALERSHIP. More
