I came into the service department without an appt. did not know I needed one for an oil change. Anyway they took my car and worked it into their appts and it was taken care of while I waited. It only took a couple hours and I had been offered coffee numerous times. One of the owners was there and greeted me as well as many of the other customers. I recommend Volkswagon, Corpus Christi because the service department,showed my wife and I special interest when the air conditioner in our Volkswagon Tiguan went out. I know we could have been charged a sizeable amount of money,but were not because of the service departments investigation into this repair.
