In 2010 I bought a new VW Routan from the present owners who at that time were the new owners of the dealership on Staples St.. Base Drive, CC 78412. Based on my service experience with the Routan and the new modern facility on S.P.I.D. I just bought a new 2013 VW Passat TDI from this dealership. The facility is very well equipped with new equipment and the whole team is well trained with a focus on customer satisfaction. I would recommend this dealership very highly to anyone wanting to buy a new or used car, or service on their present car. The service department directed by Vic Duarte is the best that I have seen. So, I wanted to buy a car, the dealership wanted to sell a car. So far, so good. The price was a bit higher than I liked, so we parted without a deal being struck. I was asked to consider the 'bumper-to- a car. So far, so good. The price was a bit higher than I liked, so we parted without a deal being struck. I was asked to consider the 'bumper-to-bumper' warranty that was included in the sales price, which I did, and returned the following day to complete the deal. I offered the asking price, and agreed to the asking price. So far, so good. - - - Except - - - When it came time to close - - - complete the paperwork, and finalize the deal - - - there was no warranty in the deal, other than that offered by Volkswagen - - a 'drive-train only' warranty - - NOT the 'bumper-to-bumper' warranty offered, and NOT what I had agreed to. The finance guy - - - the real 'closer' - -explained (as he attempted to sell me an extended warranty) that if the car fell apart as I drove it out of the dealership, it was MY problem, not the dealership's problem. I'd only asked for a 30-day warranty - - - that guaranteed by 'lemon' laws - - - We had "no-deal". It was not a huge problem for me. I went to Houston and bought another car - - - but - - I was sadly disappointed by either a) the duplicity of the dealership, or b) lack of communication between the sales and finance departments at this dealership. I really expected a higher degree of professionalism. And so, my recommendation: If you want to buy a used Volkswagen, go to a dealership that displays a bit more professionalism than Volkswagen Corpus Christi. Take an extra day. Go to Houston or San Antonio, and deal with professional people. More
I am providing this rating because I truly had a great experience when I brought my vehicle in for service. My service ended up taking several days. Josh called me everyday to let me know the status of my car, even if it was to tell me the part they needed to order hadn't arrived yet. I hope I don't need to take my car in for service again anytime soon. But if I do, I will definitely take it to VW of CC. More

Very pleased with Volkswagen Corpus Christi, Upon applying online for finance at this dealership I was contacted immediately by Mr. Perez. He was very professional and handled my credit situation as applying online for finance at this dealership I was contacted immediately by Mr. Perez. He was very professional and handled my credit situation as if it were his own. I was offered a new vehicle the next day and shopped around for a better offer which I was unable to find. So after about 3 weeks I returned and asked if the offer still stood. They took me back in and approved me once again and drove off in a beautiful 2013 Jetta. These guys take there time to get to know you and will not leave you in the dark. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone. More
