The service department as a whole was fabulous, however the technician who was scheduled to perform my oil change was not on time, which caused a real lag in punctuality. My appointment was for 7AM, I arri the technician who was scheduled to perform my oil change was not on time, which caused a real lag in punctuality. My appointment was for 7AM, I arrived 15 minutes early, as a courtesy, and the oil change was complete at 8:55. I understand things happen, this was just a little disappointing. Because it had taken so long just for the oil change I did go ahead and ask them to wash it, which they said would be 20 minutes. I finally was able to leave at 9:45AM. More
