I have been to this dealership 4 times for service and the first 3 times were good. However the last time was horrible and I won’t return. In April I was sold 4 new tires and received road hazard on all o the first 3 times were good. However the last time was horrible and I won’t return. In April I was sold 4 new tires and received road hazard on all of them. After one month, I ran over something on the road and got a flat. I put the donut spare on and drove to a tire shop to patch the hole in the tire. I did this since I was 150 miles from the dealership and could not drive directly there on the donut so they could view the damage from the road hazard. I called the next week and scheduled a Saturday morning service appointment, explaining the situation. VW had several days before my scheduled appointment to ensure a tire was there in case it needed to be replaced because of the road hazard guarantee. VW did not have my tire at the dealership. After waiting 4 hours I was told many things. First that the tire would not be replaced because I had it patched. Second that the tire warranty company could not be reached. Third that it would be replaced I would just have to pay for the small service and tire disposal fee. Then I was told that the VW maintenance advisor put the information in wrong on the computer claim and that it was denied. But I could maybe try to get another tire and seek reimbursement. Finally I had VW put back on the patched tire even though they recommended the donut and I was told that someone would call me Tuesday after they could reach out to the tire warranty company again. Renee did phone me Tuesday morning to say she had left a message with the tire warranty people and would call me that afternoon with an update. I never heard another word from Renee or the tire people or any other VW person and that was 12 days ago. I did have to purchase another tire from discount tire in these 12 days of radio silence and I feel I need to be reimbursed for said tire so that the road hazard warranty is honored. More
