Very long wait time. I had an appointment. Should not be a fee for using a credit card. This is a dealership that provides automobile repairs and services. No reason I had an appointment. Paperwork or sticker window did not provide type of oil used. Very important! Nothing was lubed! I had a difficult time opening the hood of my car! Who doesn’t include a lube job with a very expensive oil change? Again, this is a Volkswagon Dealership! More
