Called dealer back to ask questions they said they'd get back with me - 2 weeks later I called again and the service manager just wasn't very helpful. It seemed to me that they got done with their part by replacing what they say was wrong and just didn't want to take another look at what we had. The manager told me that the service tech had drove it and came back and was curious about a noise and went to checking but said the car was fine. So I took it home and now all u can hear is the turbo that sounds awful but that's normal according to Vw. Upon arrival I told my wife this should b a good experience but it soon enough turn to I believe they are just to busy to spend enough time to take care of everyone's needs. Needless to say when we do sell or get all the use out of the car we will never deal with any dealers that aren't closer to home. The nearest dealer to us is 1-1/2 hrs away in either direction, which I explained to the service manager. When the noises were discover upon getting home I called back and asked them to just come get the car because I had already lost 2 days work bringing and coming back to get the car and the noises were louder than when we took it. He said we can't come get because we don't kno what noise you are hearing. I told him if you can't distinguish my noise versus a new one something just isn't right in the shop. All in all we are done with the high end dealers. Going back to who I can trust my local dealers that do have enough time to actually look, diagnose, and repair my problems that occur. More

Unbelievably terrible service from t Our daughters VW was serviced for over a year and still has the same symptoms as the first time we brought it in! Unbelievably terrible service from top down they have shady and worse yet they have tried repeatedly to intimidate, lie and continue to this day to say thing like your car had further parts damaged while parked at our store? How does $3000 worth or parts, same symptom and still deny that unneeded parts should be purchased by my family? This location should be shut down, they are rude to both my wife daughter and myself. Our car has not been driven more than five miles at a time for a YEAR!!!! Its been sent back to the shop aprox. 8 Times!!! Still does not run correctly....They will not refund my money, or make the car run correctly....what is wrong with this place? More

Next day on our way to Dallas, Tx, warning light came on for Adblue. Hallmark had charged me for adblue as part of my service. I called the service manager and he defended his mechanic and said it was probably a bad sensor. Took car into volks dealer in Texas and he had to add 2.5 gals of fluid. I've sent a letter and copies of invoice to Hallmark and have not received any response. Would not recommend doing business with this dealer. More
The right way to get a car Volkswagen of Cool Springs is a great place to get a new car. Setting aside the fact that they sell some of the best cars on the market (I'm sure you' Volkswagen of Cool Springs is a great place to get a new car. Setting aside the fact that they sell some of the best cars on the market (I'm sure you've done your research, check out the Golf line), but they made the car buying experience exciting. Friendly salespeople guide you towards what fits your needs, and keep the purchase far from being an ordeal, but as something to get pumped about. From sales to finance, the entire purchase was fast, but not rushed, and done with professionalism. This is the place to buy a new car, and I find it hard to stress that enough. More
RUDE & APPALING CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I was convinced I was going to drive a VW home the day of my "so called" VIP appointment. I had filled out all appropriate credit ap and paperwork on I was convinced I was going to drive a VW home the day of my "so called" VIP appointment. I had filled out all appropriate credit ap and paperwork on line and was scheduled for a "VIP appointment with someone. They had all of my information except my shoe size I do believe. Once we arrived, we lingered in the parking lot browsing the new cars for "a while" with nobody even bothering to ask us is we needed any assistance. We finally wondered inside onto the sales floor where we looked around for another little bit before finally, a lady, who actually looked like a possible customer and absolutely NOT a professional sales person, asked if she could help us. We told her that we had a "VIP appointment with a certain someone" and she said ok. She left for a minute and returned saying, "he is busy, but I can help you". SO she asked us what we needed, why we were there, blah, blah, blah....YEP, very VIP! We then went on a test drive of the car that I thought that I would drive home. He number one question from the get go, was "how much cash are you putting down". My number one statement to her was, "what deals are you offering me to buy this car"? I knew where I wanted my monthly payments to be, therefore, I knew what I needed them to work with me on. I had my Military discount, which they said that they offered, and I also had a signed form that offered a "friends & family" discount. we got back to the dealership and went into an office and waited for what seemed like was forever. My husband was ready to go then. The entire time that we sat in her office, she left the room, I don;t know how many times, went and helped other customers while we sat in there, and just kept looking through and around us as if she was looking for a better deal. I don;t believe she ever looked us in the eyes. Then She asked me every question and had me fill out every form I had already answered and filled out on line. When she and the finance guy came in to explain the numbers that I was questioning, their explanation was about as asinine as our Country's budget. As much as we asked for breakdowns of this and that, we never got it, all they were interested in was "how much cash are you going to put down". The internet website showed the car at one price, and then they showed it to me at a higher price It just made no sense at all. So, we told them we would have to get back to them. Needless to say, we went to another dealer. The following work day, my "sales girl Marci" calls me to check on "if I had made a decision". When I say yes, I actually decided on another vehicle from another dealer and maker, she becomes extremely rude and begins to belittle my choice in vehicles! I was APPALLED at her rudeness and lack of professionalism! They could call and offer me this car for free, and I wouldn't take it from them. I will NEVER refer anyone to them but you can bet I will certainly tell everyone of this negative experience! Customer service matters people!!! More
This dealership has no morals at all. From the sales person (Dale) to the GM (Aaron), I would suggest that you stay away from Hallmark Volkswagen of Cool Springs. Dale, and the entire management tell y person (Dale) to the GM (Aaron), I would suggest that you stay away from Hallmark Volkswagen of Cool Springs. Dale, and the entire management tell you that they are going to"Simoniz your car" for a huge add on to your new car in order to make the deal work. In fact this dealership uses a local product they purchase from Hendersonville, TN. Simoniz has been contacted and is seeking legal action against this dealership. Stay Tuned!! More
My experice with this company has been great. Im hard to please and a total B*xxx 90% of the time... ive had a couple of miner things go wrong with my car... i bought it used, certified used but the price please and a total B*xxx 90% of the time... ive had a couple of miner things go wrong with my car... i bought it used, certified used but the price was good of course we always want it cheeper. The buying part was mindblowing i signed i drove away and they took my ole clunker which i loved and gave me 900 more then i expected... then i got the new car home no horn ... they fixed it the next day in one hour... got a message a month later told me to come in and they will do an oil change and tune up ... free ! @30000. Miles nice. Afterwards i felt a vibration in my tire and my other half told me i was crazy just looking for issues... 3days later he told me he felt it to... i left my work 20 mins after he said he was there ( i work down the road )and when i got there he was already gone, they fixed my problem no cost to me. A month later i called telling them that my tire kept going flat and i couldnt find any nailes. At this point in 3months we had put 5,ooo plus miles on the car i just knew i was gonna have to pay for this visit and i know my warrenty doesnt cover tires ... they found out that it had been previously pluged and was missed in the orginal inspection and put a brand new tire on my car. Seriously, so far im really happy with the quality of service ive recieved at this location... they really have done there best! And i look foward to next year purchasing a new (2sd) car with them. We need a little suv and im feeling like a diesel option might be good for our growing family. More
