We have nothing but positive things to say about both the finance and sales teams here at Carlock VW. We were especially thrilled with Peter, the iD4 specialist who conveniently enough was available to work finance and sales teams here at Carlock VW. have been doing business with this dealership since 2012 & I'm now driving the 4th vehicle purchased from Cool Springs VW. In that time, I have seen a lot of employees come & go. I have had a few issues ove & I'm now driving the 4th vehicle purchased from Cool Springs VW. In that time, I have seen a lot of employees come & go. I have had a few issues over the years, but they always made things right. However, the group that is now running the service department is beyond unhelpful. Do better. More
BEWARE! When the lease was up I was told I had to finance through them to buy out the lease. Then was told I had to come do it in person. Came in and after two hours signed all the docs reflecting a loan that was zero down. We were ready to walk out the door. Then the finance manager says "oops" I made a mistake. You are actually going to have to have $5000 down in order to get this payment. So we give them a check. Next day I set up Capitol One account and the figures are exactly what they were originally and that I signed for. NO mention or reflection of the $5000. It was simply gone. After MULTIPLE unanswered calls and texts the GM finally calls and tells me $2600 of that $5000 was for an extended warranty. NO ONE ASKED if I wanted to purchase a warranty! The remainder supposedly applied to loan (but not showing on account). 3 weeks later and they still won't refund the $2600, let alone the full $5000. They say the best they can do is apply it to the loan....LIKE THEY SAID IT WAS ALL ALONG. I feel cheated, scammed and humiliated. Definitely do not recommend doing business with this dealership. More

Get there “We’re sorry we don’t have a loaner for you, it got taken out of commission this morning “ Though they couldn’t call to tell me this before I drove 43 miles and had to be at work. Asked to speak to the manager said it would be 10 mins. Had to get up and ask again. Finally said he was sorry, give him 5 more mins. Said I had to leave in a few, he got busy doing something else, was not concerned what so ever when I walked out. Called back to speak with the main dealer manager. It’s been 3 hours and I’m still waiting. You have lost my business. Owner reply’s to my review. Said he would send me his information. Still waiting. More
8/2020 is when Volkswagen got my 2012 Passat TDI and I STILL HAVE YET TO GET IT BACK! The car is under warranty for the turbo charger. Purchased tires from this dealership. At their first rotation, began to have tire pressure loss. The steering pulled to the right at first a little then a lot. The left side tire wore to smooth.
