i am ffacing issues fixing my charging issue. they are not willing to share the details of the service and also not showing me that isuue is fixed.not treated in good way.the issue is my ID 4 id they are not willing to share the details of the service and also not showing me that isuue is fixed.not treated in good way.the issue is my ID 4 id caped at charging less than 50 kw regardless of any contions as VW standards it will charge upto 135 KW (The 2021 Volkswagen ID.4 can accept up to 125 kW, the 2022 ID.4 can accept up to 135 kW,) asked proof vehile is charging more than 100Kw like other ID4 More
Cursed at and yelled at in front of customers by Natasha Urdea the Service Manager. It's a shame she has a position dealing with people yet alone being in charge of all the service advisors. Brought my Atla Urdea the Service Manager. It's a shame she has a position dealing with people yet alone being in charge of all the service advisors. Brought my Atlas in for a warranty repair, steering column needed to be replaced and needed 2 new tires. Was told it would take 3 days, wasn't given a loaner and offered $10 Uber credit. Couple days later was told parts were on back order and they had a loaner vehicle, picked up the loaner which was a VW Jetta with stained seats, nasty inside and scratches and dings everywhere. A week later the steering column arrived but was missing the bolts that were on back order. Was told it would be another week and half so I asked for a bigger loaner car since I have a family and need SUV. They gave me a Tiguan that once again had stained seats and had throw up stains. They put seat covers on as a solution. Disgusting. So finally 3.5 weeks later today the car was ready. I go to pickup and return loaner car. They do the walk around on the loaner and then Natasha Urdea comes out and says I ruined her loaner car and it needed to be detailed because it had pollen and sap on it from being parked outside. I told her I can go to car wash if that's a problem, she refused and then convinced her to take it through there car wash. Car came out looking spotless. See pics. She then continued to claim it had to be detailed and buffed and waxed and whatever else. I asked her to show me in the contract where it state the car needs to be washed before returning, She refused to show me. Then I read the contract which states they video tape walk through when giving out loaner car, I asked her to show me that video then. She went inside for an hour and finally after patiently waiting I went inside to see what was up, she said she couldn't find the video but was still looking. Then I said can I just have my car keys so I can go. She then yelled at me saying " I don't need your Fu***ing Bulls**t" and was extremely nasty in front of other customers and staff. I asked her why she talks to her customers this way? She then got more aggressive, and said I'm keeping your deposit and here are your keys. I asked to talk to her GM which she claimed he wasn't in so can't talk to him. Now I go to get in my car and look at the new tires they put on and they look used. See pics. Also had oil change done and as I'm leaving I see notifications that says inspection due. At this point I'm not sure they ever changed my oil and am pretty sure the new tires are actually used. Avoid service. I used to service Routan and Touareg there and moved on to VW of Garden Grove, which under service manager Gene McCoy was top notch for years and now I used to service Routan and Touareg there and moved on to VW of Garden Grove, which under service manager Gene McCoy was top notch for years and now VW of GG is mediocre to say the least. So, I thought I'd give them another chance and yes, they are 3/4th of a star to me. Misleading information about parts availability and diagnostics that is just another way of ripping you off from your cash to lure you into a something you don't want or need. Move on folks. Nothing to see there. More
Terrible terrible customer service!!! Literally the WORST!!! Dropped of my car for service on Thursday and check engine light was on due to a turbo issue and they said the car hast to be here till god WORST!!! I have been spending so much money just to commute to work and seem like they don’t even care about their customers. Didn’t even tell me when my car is going to be ready. So disappointed at VW and specially Penske!!!! NEVER gonna come back to this dealership. More

Very helpful and honest. They are always on time so I don’t have to wait and Eric Lopez went above and beyond to help verify if a previous service had been done by another dealership. Turned out it had n don’t have to wait and Eric Lopez went above and beyond to help verify if a previous service had been done by another dealership. Turned out it had not and he was able to work that service into my existing appointment and get my car back in the time I needed. More
