This dealership has the absolute worse customer service I have ever experienced. Not only have they broken something on my tough every time I have went to them, it's always a complete mess of grease on my in have ever experienced. This dealership used to be fine. Now under "newish" management their customer service is horrible. The car spent days in the dealership held hostage while the dealership scrambled to get parts. The only offer of compensation offered for our multiple trips and time off work was a free two day stay at some place in Sedona, AZ which would cost us more money to get there and more time off of work. They treated us as though they were doing us a favor fixing items damaged by their employees. This was very disappointing to a repeat customer (this was the 4th car we bought there). We rated this under "service and auto body" because even though we were buying a new car, all of the problems stemmed from the porter detailing the car and then having to deal with the service department to get it fixed (which it still is not). We always felt that we got a fair price and they had a nice selection for buying new cars, although we never serviced our cars there. However, now even for our future purchasing we now can't trust that their porters won't damage the new car while signing loan papers. All of the service department employees are very rude, impatient and act like they are doing you a big favor. We've made a couple of calls to the General Manager, Mike W., who claimed in a letter that if they failed to exceed our expectations he would like to speak with us. Those messages went unreturned. this purchase marked my first great experience in a VW dealer. The staff were courteous, responsive, especially that my desired color trip was not available at this location and had to be delivered from e dealer. Purchased new Jetta in May 2010 and within two weeks it exhibited an intermittent problem with radio reception. Service staff attempted to place blame for problem with window tint which was installed AFTE exhibited an intermittent problem with radio reception. Service staff attempted to place blame for problem with window tint which was installed AFTER the reception problem was demonstrated. Multiple phone calls to service department went un-returned. After five visits over nine months to service department for this issue and several emails to VW of America, problem seems finally to have been corrected by a software patch installed on last service visit. Additional phone calls to service department regarding potential issue with instrument panel lighting have gone un-returned. Messages left on Commonwealth's website have also gone un-returned. Purchase experience with this dealership was good and price fair, but service department gets an "F". More

This is my first Volkswagen and I choose the 2011 GTI. Not only did they have the one in stock I wanted, but they gave me a good price on the vehicle. simply horrible customer service. you never get a call back and everyone at service desk has attitude issues. I'm not sure how well they do in terms of sales, but they don't look like they'll last very l back and everyone at service desk has attitude issues. Especially, if something goes wrong after you return your leased vehicle and you need their help to straighten out the problem, forget it! I really appreciated how he walked me through the whole dealership, and introduced me to the service and parts people so I know where to go for my first service and if I am ever in need of any accessories. I had the best car buying experience I have ever had in my whole life. It was fast, easy, and hassle free. I will most certainly be going back to Commonwealth Audi for my feature vehicle needs. More
