Olias Lynch not only got me the exact car and color I wanted from another dealer but match the lowest offer I got from another dealer. I told Olias I wanted a quick buying experience and not a drag on negotiation when I get to the dealership. Olias's professional attitude and the willingness to help a customer was what got me into the door. On the day I went to the dealership to fill out paperworks, I was greeted by Mark Hewison (Olias was off for his birthday so Mark was helping finalize the deal) and he was equally great. Mark was very courteous and was very helpful throughout the entire process. If you are going to buy from this dealer...ask for these two gentlemen. One thing fell short was the finance "manager" guy. I'm not going to mention any name but he was the total opposite of Mark and Olias. It's like the guy unwilling to make it easy for me to purchase a car. I had my finance approved through my credit union so I could make this deal quick and easy. He on the other hand did everything he could to make it harder. I had to come back the next day to give him the check from my credit union for the remaining balance on the car and he did everything he could to make it harder for my credit union to finalize the loan in order for me to get the check. Once I got the check to him, I asked him for a receipt to prove that I paid for the car in full because on my the sale contact it stated that I have to pay the car in full in 5 days in order for me not to use the dealer's finance. The guy said I don't need a receipt...it's a 30k transaction...of course I need a receipt and it's not that hard to provide me with a receipt. Luckily, Mark Hewison saved the day by stepping in and told me he will sign the copy of the check and stated that I paid in full on that day. All in all, it was still a positive experience for me because of Olias Lynch's and Mark Hewison's unbeatable customer service. If it wasn't for the negative experience with the finance guy...I would not hesitate to recommend this dealer to everyone I know. If you are going to buy a car from this dealer...give your business to Mark and Olias because they truly deserve it. Also have your finance line up and just get through the finance guy as fast as possible so you can enjoy your new car. More

I brought my car in for a tire replacement. I called ahead to make an appt and when I dropped my car off, I was informed that the tire was not ordered yet and I had to leave my car over the weekend. By 4pm on Monday, no one from service called me, so I had to call and inquire about the status of my vehicle. The representative told me my car was completed and I could pick it up whenever. I did not have time to pick-up my car on Mondy evening. On Tuesday morning, they called me and aksed for the Fleet telephone # to have the bill paid (since this is a fleet vehicle). I was driving at the time, so I told them I would call back with the telephone#. Ten min later, service called me back and said they found the telephone# and that my vehicle was all take care of and I could pick-up the car whenever. I did not have a chance to go pick-up the car until Friday. When I got there on Friday, I was told I had to pay the bill. I told the cashier that the service consultant (Sam Gilani) called me on Tuesday and told me Fleet paid for everything already. I requested to speak to the service consultant (Sam Gilani), but he was not working that day. The Parts Manager (Brian Luke) overheard my conversation with the cashier and came out and confronted me. He had the audacity to say that are all you people in the pharmaceutical field always so angry and uptight? Instead of apologizing and saying that he would look into the matter for me when Sam Gilani returns, he said we all make mistakes so I should not be so angry and uptight. I just cannot believe how rude and unprofessional he (Brian Luke) was. Obviously the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. Everyone is giving you different information and they don't know what theya re talking about. I will let Fleet (Wheels) know that Commonwealth Volkswagen service is terrible!!!!!!!!!! More
I have taken my car there for service issued from when I first bought the car- worst service I have experienced anywhere. The first time I took my car in they said they would have a loner car and the car t first bought the car- worst service I have experienced anywhere. The first time I took my car in they said they would have a loner car and the car they tried to loan me was a hunk of junk- they ended up giving me a Volkswagen to drive after having to get the guy I bought the car involved- the 2nd time I took it in and did get a volkswagen, but problem still not solved with my car. Took it in today , I had made my appt last week and wanted to make sure I was going to have a Volkswagen loaner car and not have to deal with the Enterprise there. Was garaunteed that I would have a Volkswagen to drive when I got there. None available, was told by Sam that they were busy on Saturday and gave them all out. Now if I was promised one, shouldn't they have saved one for me????? I had to go through Enterprise again, car not as bad as the 1st timem but still. I will never go back to that dealership ever!!!! I work in the insurance business and people are alway wanting recommendations and I can gaurantee I will let them know how bad they are there. Horrible. More

On July 4, 2012 my father was looking for a good deal for leasing a car for me. After comparing dealerships my father came back to Commonwealth VW because it offered one of the best deals and the best custo leasing a car for me. After comparing dealerships my father came back to Commonwealth VW because it offered one of the best deals and the best customer services. Florin Nista, our salesperson, spent hours with us comparing cars and trying to find us the best deal that fit our needs. He stayed with us every step of the way, he was there during all of the paperwork and there while we paid. He made us feel important and he showed that he was not only interested in making the sale, but actually cared about gettting us the best car and the best deal and sending us home happy with the deal and in love with the car. Because of this experience and dedication to the customer I have given the highest rating possible and will gladly come back to Commonwealth VW for my next car. More

For two consecutive maintenance visits, I have had the misfortune of dealing with service advisor David Aguilar. This guy functions for this VW location as no more than an unscrupulous up-selling salesman misfortune of dealing with service advisor David Aguilar. This guy functions for this VW location as no more than an unscrupulous up-selling salesman, which as bad as it is, I don't even mind. What the main reason was why I have evaluated their customer service as bad is that if you refuse service on that particular visit for any reason, he takes it personally and threatens to bump your car to the end of the queue at the end of the day. If you do not have a back-up means of transportation (especially for someone like myself who lives across the county) you're left stranded. He mandates that you're not allowed to leave the premises. If you schedule a service maintenance check-up, PLEASE for your own sake avoid David Aguilera at all costs. It would save you a world of stress and headache. More
