On the day that I went he was already left, but he assigned Marco Montero who also did a great job with me trying his best with his managers to lower my monthly payments and give me the deal close to my budget. We almost spent 3 hours negotiating the deal and he was so patient and professional when dealing with me. I really recommend dealing with VW South Cost and ask specifically for Holly Setiadi or Marco Montero and I am sure you will get the best deal from them. After a very bad experience at Ontario Volkswagen the previous day, walking into the South Coast VW dealership was a totally different experience. Respect and professionalism is what we saw here. They do not walk around the parking lot hunting for customers, their philosophy is that the more you show respect to the customer, the happier everybody will be in the end. Dustin was amazing. He spent time with us, gave us a tour to present their new facility (the newest in the world at this time!) and made sure all our questions are answered. He was amazing at listening and trying to work things out so that we can walk out as happy customers. And we didn't walk, we drove out! Since we were prepared coming in, Holly quickly got the keys for both of the used car we were interested in seeing. He went over the features of both, gave us the time to look at it on our pace and offered us to test drive both. He gave all the information he could possible give showing that he is knowledge base, answered all the questions we've posed and provided advice where he sit fit. Since it is our daughter's first car it took sometime to decide; Holly was patient through it all. The service that Holly provided through the whole process made the experience pleasant.
