The buying process was very easy and both Holly Setiadi and Jim Wren were both a pleasure to work with. There was a little hitch in my not noticing that the car didn't come with keyless entry but that was was quickly remedied with a phone call when they both offered to cover the costs themselves. That was very kind of them and I appreciate it very much. (Note to buyer- on a used car, make sure to ask about things you wouldn't think to check for because you assume it would be included, like keyless entry or alarm system or functional power windows etc) Thanks Holly and Jim!! This time we got to work with Geoff White and it was another great experience. The whole process was seamless. I opted for an all electric vehicle this time around and Geoff took the time to walk me through all the benefits of ownership. It usually takes forever to purchase as car but this seem quick and easy. He walked me through the cars operation and he directed me to the maintenance area as well. I cannot say enough good things because I have been through a few less than pleasant car buying experience and this dealership and Geoff really stand out. More
