We test drove the Jetta and Geoff was very helpful and definitely knew everything about the car. A few days later, we met with Holly to finalize a deal for the 2016 Jetta. He was very hospitable and friendly. I felt he genuinely cares about his customers. Zhong (John) helped us from the beginning to end with the lease agreement who was a pleasure to work with. He was very friendly and polite. All the guys at the dealership did not seem pushy or aggressive like most salesmen we ran into at other places which put us at ease. The whole process took rougly 2 hrs or so for us to sign the papers and have the car ready for us to drive off with it.
