We were happy with the sales process on a CPO VW Tiguan, but we soon came to realize that the CPO inspection from this dealership was insufficient. The dealer failed to change the oil, the battery was beyo but we soon came to realize that the CPO inspection from this dealership was insufficient. The dealer failed to change the oil, the battery was beyond warranty and should have been replaced (it soon failed), the engine and cabin air filters were dirty. All simple maintenance issues that we foolishly expected to have been done when the car was serviced by the dealer as CPO. Now I am concerned about other things that should have been inspected and addressed when certifying the car. More

Terrible terrible customer service!!! Literally the WORST!!! Dropped of my car for service on Thursday and check engine light was on due to a turbo issue and they said the car hast to be here till god WORST!!! Dropped of my car for service on Thursday and check engine light was on due to a turbo issue and they said the car hast to be here till god knows when and didn’t offer a loaner car and said they have no car available at this time. I have been spending so much money just to commute to work and seem like they don’t even care about their customers. Didn’t even tell me when my car is going to be ready. So disappointed at VW and specially Penske!!!! NEVER gonna come back to this dealership. More
