Lease End/New Car Santa and Manny from VW of San Bernardino made my car buying experience a lot easier than I expected it to be. I had been car shopping for a while and Santa and Manny from VW of San Bernardino made my car buying experience a lot easier than I expected it to be. I had been car shopping for a while and they were always ready to answer any questions I had and I didn’t feel pressured to buy a car until I was ready. They made me feel really comfortable with the entire process and helped me get into the car of my dreams! I definitely would recommend this delearship to anyone who loves VW not only because of the cars but because of the awesome customer service! More

They will go above and beyond to make sure you get the best deal/service/treatment/etc. Manny is incredibly patient and will work with you for whatever car you're trying to get. I was able to walk out of there last month with a VW Jetta SEL 2019 with a big big big smile! Thanks Manny!!! You're an awesome manager! I always go to this dealership for my oil changes, repairs, maintenance, inquiries and every single time I leave as a very happy client! No dealership compares to this dealership. Continue being excellent at your service and customer care because many of us appreciate it immensely ! More
Great service & overall experience! Walking into this dealership for the first time was the most welcoming experience I’ve had in all my car buying experiences. After a wonderful greetin Walking into this dealership for the first time was the most welcoming experience I’ve had in all my car buying experiences. After a wonderful greeting, a test drive, and a mock up of my potential purchase order I was sold, but the dealer didn’t know that just yet. Mike Novin, the Sales Manager was extremely helpful, friendly, and willing to go the extra step for this potential buyer and this is what truly sold me on our certified pre-owned VW. My husband and I went back 2 days later to purchase a vehicle from this dealer and it was a smooth process lasting 3 hours from start to finish! Great job, Volkswagen of San Bernardino (Car Pros)! Service Dept RIP OFF My 2013 (bought new in 2014) Jetta Hybrid died on my way to work on a Monday morning (4/9/2018). I had it towed to this dealer and only authorized a diagnostic of the engine failure. Nathan the service mgr handled my car and said they were busy that day and wouldn't get it looked at till the next day. No phone call, so I called back them back on Wed & they confirmed the engine failed and they have to figure out if it's the gas engine or electric engine & he would let me know as they find out what's going on. He said the worse case scenario to fix the gas engine would be $5K tops, electric $7K. No phone call update, so I called back on Friday to find they needed a tool to separate the engines to figure out which engine it was and the took was on order & he'll call me back Monday or Tuesday. Never called. I called on Wednesday to find out Nathan was off and the other guy had no idea the status of my car and he'd get back to me. No call all week. The following Monday (4/23/2018... 2 weeks later from when I had my car towed there... and no loaner car, nothing, no updates), I left a message for Nathan a little upset that he did not call me last week. He called back saying it was the electric engine and it was going to cost $3200 for the labor dissembling the car to figure out it was the electric engine and another $7K for the parts, totaling $10,000. (We owe $9,000 on the car & KBB value is less than $4,000.) I went off on Nathan. I told him how ridiculous that was & I wasn't paying his only Hybrid mechanic to shop for tools (when they should be equipped with that) and learn as he goes because they don't know what they heck they're doing. (The car is a 2013, so it's been around long enough for them to be equipped and trained on them.) I have a 2000 Toyota 4-Runner that has 345,000 miles and it's still running. This Jetta is only 4 years old with 129,000 miles and it crapped out all ready. The warranty expired at 120,000 for the electric and 60,000 miles for the gas. I told him the car was like cell phones that die the day after the warranty is up. I talked to another automotive place that service my Mazda van and they said they're totally ripping me off. Who gives a blank check to a car place to figure out what the problem is??? I told him this is not a Mercedes that shouldn't cost that much. He used the excuse it's a German car, so I told him it should be better and not crap out this early. No one, not even a Mercedes owner would pay that amount to figure out what's wrong. $3200 should be the cost of it fixed, parts and all, not for them to tell me what I already know!!! DO NOT BUY a VW or have your car serviced here!!! I've never had a positive experience here or with VW. They never have enough mechanics and they don't know what they're doing! For Nathan to be the service manager and give such poor service and not communicate to me when he said he would nor inform me of such astronomical charges, when diagnostic charges are typically $150 or so, not $3200!!! DO NOT come here to buy or get serviced!!! More
