My passenger rear tire developed a leak yesterday and I was scrambling to find a tire shop that would repair it ....no luck as all were booked up in to the middle of next week. I decided to drive to VW Saco where I normally service my 2014 Touareg to see if they had any openings today.....they did not but Tyler Squeezed me in. This is what customer loyalty is all about. VW Saco came through when I needed them and I will not forget this. My car was repaired within 30 minutes and it saved my weekend. Thank you Tyler and the entire service department at VW Saco. Experiences like this will make me more likely to buy my next vehicle from VW Saco because I know that the dealership backs up the deal with after sales service that is top notch. More

We had a blown rear tire in Maine just as we were leaving to return home to Vermont. Even though they were super busy, they squeezed us in. Tyler is a magnificent service advisor. . definitely took good care of my car his tech was professional did the work without any hesitation. Even tho it was serviced for one thing but ended . definitely took good care of my car his tech was professional did the work without any hesitation. Even tho it was serviced for one thing but ended up right back in with the same VW tech who from what I can tell I’m no mechanic but have been around a few, did excellent work and Tyler definitely did an amazing job on keeping my cost as low as possible. My 2013 Passat TDI sel premium is about to go cross country for good. So she’s safe to go and I’d recommend going to see Tyler and his crew / family there i am happy I brought it there I normally go to Morong Falmouth VW and although good they take an insane amount of time and are extremely costly. Again good but unfortunately to much for me and I’d prefer to be treated like someone who when I mention I need to keep cost at a reasonable rate please try your absolute hardest. I understand we all need to make money but we also need to live. So thank you All at VW Saco!! More
