In the early 60’s my wife and I purchased our first new car. Back then automobile salesmen were not well liked because with a few exceptions they didn’t really listen to what the customer was saying, what car. They were aggressive, pushy and sometimes just rude. Well what a difference 60 years make! We just had the most pleasurable experience acquiring a new car from Prime Volkswagon in Saco. We were treated by the salesman, sales manager and finance manager as if we were the first customers entering a new dealership. Michael, the salesman listened attentively to what our needs were, what we could afford and made suggestions which were important and to our benefit. Rich, the general manager and Sondra, the finance manager also went out of there way to insure that we were completely satisfied. My wife and I are very pleased . Thank you. More
