SERVICE VISIT

I had a diagnostic test done to see what I needed for my convertible beetle roof to be fixed. After receiving my car back, I notice the condition of my roof is now torn and my roof was stuck and things were convertible beetle roof to be fixed. After receiving my car back, I notice the condition of my roof is now torn and my roof was stuck and things were broken because they didn't lift my roof correctly. It was still functioning when they did the test. Now nothing works. I sent pics is what I was told to do. Email a couple of times..no response. Now they quoted me 6k for my roof. I'm so disappointed. I have no option but to file a claim with my insurance. Mark and Gabriel are the people that I have spoken with. More
