From the get-go he was very informative and professional. He was not pushy or overly aggressive. He gave me a lot of options and explained them so I would be comfortable choosing what I wanted. The price was great and the car even greater. He also made sure the car was clean and waiting for me in the showroom when I was ready to take it home.
