I was shopping for a new Eos and Volkswagen of North Scottsdale was one of the places I contacted. I like to work the Internet manager so I sent an e-mail and Tukk Hysi responded. From the get-go he was very informative and professional. He was not pushy or overly aggressive. He gave me a lot of options and explained them so I would be comfortable choosing what I wanted. The price was great and the car even greater. He also made sure the car was clean and waiting for me in the showroom when I was ready to take it home. I would highly recommend the dealer and especially Tukk, as a great place of business and high regard for the customers. JW More
