Being a 5 time repeat customer, I have had very good luck with the Volkswagen brand. I have been in Arizona for over 3 years and after trying various Volkswagen dealerships believe that I have found a winner with the Volkswagen brand. The CC that I purchased today (09/13/09) is the 2nd vehicle from this dealership. The sales experience was great and Dave, the best car salesman I have been associated with, made the sales experience easy and stress free. Dave's no nonsense and low pressure sales approach is and was was very appreciated and as most know not typical. As for the service department, both my vehicles are serviced at this dealership and I have had nothing but good experiences. The service staff has always been very courteous and helpful. I went to this dealership with just a test-drive in mind, but after listening to David, his knowledge and enthusiasm about this product sold me. The fantastic service did not stop with David. Even my finance experience was awesome. Jim Knights was fantastic and really listened to my wants and even my fears. In fact, my experience with VWNS was so good, that I returned the following weekend to buy my daughter a 2009 Jetta from Dave and the finance team. I really wasn't in the market for a new car for her, but it made sense and I wanted to give VWNS and David B my business. David and the VWNS team were efficient, honest and really listened to me. No pressure...no wasting hours upon hours sitting in the dealership....no wait upon delivery of the car! All in all, it was the best car buying experience I have had. I even sent my grandmother there to purchase the VW convertible!! If you trust a dealer with your grandmother, that pretty much says it all!!!
