Even my finance experience was awesome. Jim Knights was fantastic and really listened to my wants and even my fears. In fact, my experience with VWNS was so good, that I returned the following weekend to buy my daughter a 2009 Jetta from Dave and the finance team. I really wasn't in the market for a new car for her, but it made sense and I wanted to give VWNS and David B my business. David and the VWNS team were efficient, honest and really listened to me. No pressure...no wasting hours upon hours sitting in the dealership....no wait upon delivery of the car! All in all, it was the best car buying experience I have had. I even sent my grandmother there to purchase the VW convertible!! If you trust a dealer with your grandmother, that pretty much says it all!!! From the get-go he was very informative and professional. He was not pushy or overly aggressive. He gave me a lot of options and explained them so I would be comfortable choosing what I wanted. The price was great and the car even greater. He also made sure the car was clean and waiting for me in the showroom when I was ready to take it home.
