Warren ordered us exactly what we wanted and was very informative about our Tiguan. He follows up and keeps in touch. We waited 6 months for our car and it was well worth the wait. The gentleman who serviced our car ( I regret I do not remember the name) was also pleasant and professional. The price we were quoted (and got) was lower than quoted by other dealers in town even though the one we ordered was loaded with options. This was a totally good experience.
