In January 2010 I purchased my "Pre-Loved" 2006 Jetta from VW North Scottsdale. Shortly after taking the vehicle home I realized it had a very small oil leak that would likely go un-noticed at a d Jetta from VW North Scottsdale. Shortly after taking the vehicle home I realized it had a very small oil leak that would likely go un-noticed at a dealership among other small issues. I made my appointment with the service department and Rob Chandra. Rob got the leak taken care of and even put me up in a loaner car while my vehicle was in for repair for a few days (part needed to be delivered). Since then I have put nearly 30,000 miles on my Jetta and it has only been in the hands of Rob & VW North Scottsdale. For service needs. They take excellent care of their customers and never try to have you perform unnecessary services. The staff is always friendly and respectful, I drive 25 minutes out of my way to come to this dealership rather than hit the dealer 5 minutes from my home. Thanks Rob! More
I have been working with Mr. Bonanno for a while now on what car I was going to get. He was extremely patient and never pressured me into making a decision. Once I decided what VW I was going to get he was very helpful in explaining the different options and gave me a great deal on my trade and on the new vehicle. After the purchase he spent a long time walking me through how the stereo worked and helped me sync up my iPhone. I highly recommend Mr. Bonanno and will definitely work with him again in the future. I'm worn out! After visiting a half dozen other dealers and researching cars on the internet, "Consumer Reports" and spending hours reviewing all the material over many days, I walked into VW North Scottsd and researching cars on the internet, "Consumer Reports" and spending hours reviewing all the material over many days, I walked into VW North Scottsdale. I was greeted by Bruce Lama who was anything but the stereo typical predatory salesman. I soon felt like I had arrived. He tolerated all my questions, showed me the car inside, outside and under the hood. All other dealers I had to ask to see the engine. Most take the engine compartment for granted; I don't. He respected my inquisitiveness. Bruce listened carefully to what I wanted (a GTI) and offered his recommendations. Over a few days of reviewing detailed information and talking to Bruce I determined exactly what I wanted and VW North Scottsdale did not have it. Bummer. They reviewed other inventories and found the exact car I specified and brought it to the dealership that afternoon. They did the dealer prep and I drove it home the next day. While I was there I experienced several things I did not notice elsewhere. Former customers made it a point to greet Bruce. That's special. Indeed, it did not take me long to feel a genuine friendship and know that Bruce was doing everything he could to satisfy me. He spent an hour or more showing me absolutely everything there was to know about my new car. A car purchase is nothing I look forward to. Bruce and the team at VW North Scottsdale made it a much more satisfying experience. They get my vote as a quality and customer oriented dealership. More

I recently had to pick up some parts for my wife's VW and I decided that I would try to check the local dealers to see if they could help with the correct part numbers. The first dealership I called was not very helpful and felt like was bothering them by asking them to check to see if they had any parts, and there prices were way to high. I was used to that and expected it which is why I normally prefer not to deal with dealerships. I decided to call one more dealer because I did not trust the first one. I am very glad I did. When I called I spoke to Jason in the parts department and he was friendly and looked up the parts and even caught that I was missing a part from my list. He emailed me a list of all the parts I was looking for and the part numbers. Prices were much better then the previous dealer and they had most of the parts in stock and what they didn't they could get it quickly. With the experience that I had over the phone and how helpful Jason was I decided to buy the parts from them. When I arrived at the dealership as usual I was greeted by a sales person. When I told him I was just there to pick up some parts rather then being upset that I was not there to buy a new car he walked me through and showed me where the parts counter was. Once at the counter I spoke to Robert was able to look up the parts that I had on hold and had them out in no time. He made sure all the parts were correct and I had everything I needed. It seems like everyday I am more and more disappointed that customer service is a thing of the past. I was only at Volkswagen of North Scottsdale to pick up a couple of parts but everyone there still treated me like I was a customer and did not blow me off just because I was not there to buy a car. Experiences like this are what will make me come back to them again and again especially when I am looking for a new car. They truly understand that the level of service you offer has nothing to do with what the person is buying its about keeping your customer happy. Today I was only buying parts but because of how I was treated when it comes time to purchase my next car It will be with them. Thank you Robert and Jason for showing me that people still know the meaning of customer service. More
BOTH TUKK HYSI AND DAVID BONANNO WERE AWSOME SELL REPS. THERE WAS NEVER ANY HIGH PRESSURE AND THEY BOTH WERE EXTREMLY FRIENDLY!! NOT ONLY THAT ( HOW MANY DEALERS WOULD SEND YOU OUT IN A NEW CAR WITH A TOT THERE WAS NEVER ANY HIGH PRESSURE AND THEY BOTH WERE EXTREMLY FRIENDLY!! NOT ONLY THAT ( HOW MANY DEALERS WOULD SEND YOU OUT IN A NEW CAR WITH A TOTALLY FULL TANK OF GAS ) NEXT TIME I'M IN THE MARKET FOR A CAR I'M HEADING THERE; EVEN THOUGH IT IS A 25 MILE ONE WAY TRIP FOR ME. I purchased the wrong floor mats that did not fit my car. I called once I realized this and they told me they would be able to fix the mats to fit my car. The right parts were set aside for me. Tim made sure that we got a look at every possible option within our price range, made us feel comfortable and welcome for the entire visit, and even worked with Nate to process our applications multiple ways until they found the best possible payment to fit our budget on the car we wanted. We're ecstatic about our new car, and VERY glad we chose VW North Scottsdale as our first stop...we didn't need to go anywhere else, and plan to tell our friends! More
I have been serving my car at VW Scottsdale for over 10 years now (on my second VW) and have worked with Rob Chandra as a Service Manager. Today I needed windshield rubber replacements and Robert Anaya in years now (on my second VW) and have worked with Rob Chandra as a Service Manager. Today I needed windshield rubber replacements and Robert Anaya in Parts helped me. He was fantastic -as is everyone there - from Service manager, Parts and cashier. Robert came to help me immediately and while I was checking out, he had the wipers all replaced. The price was competitive and the service far beat the competitors. He was very pleasant, efficient, professional and it was a "typical" stop at VW North Scottsdale where I felt warmyly, efficiently and professionally tended to. They're the best! :) More
The entire staff at North Scottsdale VW treated us like family. From the first phone call to driving off in our new car Karen was a breath of fresh air.
