Staff was very niceand efficient. I purchased a used vehicle with very low miles. This vehicle had gone through the "Penske Express" vehicle service department. They told me the car was in great condition mechanically. This was a complete lie. The car leaked oil all over my garage after getting it home. The car has bad front wheel bearings and the transmission is starting to fail. The car has less than 50,000 miles on it and I have had it less than 4 months. My repair bills to be able to use this vehicle safely are around $6,000. If I were you, I would not purchase a used vehicle from these dealerships. They obviously are good at hiding problems until they are no longer liable. I would rate them zero stars, but I am not given that option! More
