Came in to test drive an Pro model of the ID.4. Most dealers around me only had the "xxxxxxquot; model as demos. Eric, the Internet Sales Manager, took us on the test drive. Loved the car but not the wait time to get one built. Went back to his desk and he was able to find two Pro models coming in that were available for purchase. Larry the GM came out and introduced himself. I have a lot of cars of the last 20 years and this is the first time the GM actually came out to say hi. We ended up putting a deposit down on a White ID.4 Pro. Was told would be late Oct. A little over a month out. Got a call a week later saying it was delivered to the dealership. Great sales experience. I would recommend Eric Watson if you are looking for a VW. I live in the West Valley but in the future I will continue to drive over to Scottsdale because of the low pressure sales at this location More

I can in for new tires and a complete detail and they said they would fill up my tank when I brought it in next since when I bought my car it was too late and the service people were not there. My gas wa said they would fill up my tank when I brought it in next since when I bought my car it was too late and the service people were not there.
